Return Policy for Authorized Sweetie Pie Collection Retailers

The Sweetie Pie Collection accepts returns and exchanges from authorized retailers within 5 days of receiving merchandise. If the merchandise is being exchanged because it was received flawed or damaged, an even exchange will be granted with no charge. If for any reason merchandise is returned without an even exchange, a restocking fee will be charged. A restocking fee will also be charged on even exchanges that are not due to merchandise being damaged or flawed.  All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Sweetie Pie Collection staff before they can be sent back to our locations or fees will be charged.

Return Policy for Individuals

The Sweetie Pie Collection does not sell directly to the public; therefore, we do not accept any returns or exchanges from individuals. An individual must return or exchange any and all merchandise to the authorized Sweetie Pie Collection retailer that they purchased their merchandise from. These returns/exchanges will be reflected by the individual retailers return policy. Retailers should be contacted and returns/exchanges should be approved before returning the merchandise.

The Sweetie Pie Collection return policy is for all merchandise. This includes Communion Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses, Infant Dresses, Christening Dresses, First Birthday Dresses, Pageant Dresses, Shawls, Jackets, Veils, Head Pieces, Bibs, Boys Suits, Boys Tuxedos, and all other Accessories or merchandise.
